Mr. Stephen Djaba has been extensively endorsed as a qualified and a Professional Land Surveyor of over twenty-five years’ experience with an undeniable specialist capability to deliver successful outcomes for all stakeholders. He graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, School of Mines Tarkwa, with Diploma in Mine Surveying in 1994. He is a member of Several Local and International Professional Bodies.
In 2014, he acquired Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Land Management and Informal Settlement Regularization (LMISR) from Institute of Housing of University of Erasmus, Netherlands and PDG in International Business from University of Liverpool in 2016. His in-depth knowledge in survey is an asset in the efficient execution of all aspects of engineering survey. He was in charge of most of the Offshore Surveys for Stone & Webster at Takoradi Thermal Plant. He also champions the GPS Surveys for the Dualisation of Accra – Kumasi Road. He has been involved in many roads surveys in the Mines and other places. He is a consultant ant to numerous International and Local Firms.
He serves as a resource person for seminars and workshops focused on imparting knowledge on modern trends in Survey and Mapping. Over the years, he has developed an integrated approach to the execution of his assignments right from fieldwork through data processing to production of design drawings using Computer Assisted Design Systems.
Owing to his immense depths of valuable experience coupled with an extensive background in survey and land administration, he has an irrefutable testimony of initiating, organizing and delivering expert consultancy and advisory services in survey and land administration worldwide.
His versatility, project management skills, and the passion for efficiency make it possible for him to man projects simultaneously without any difficulty. Stephen Djaba serve as a resource person for seminars and workshops focused on imparting knowledge on modern trends in Survey and Mapping, and to help streamline Land Management in West Africa.
He is the Managing Director of Geo-Tech Systems Limited and the Chief Executive Officer for Geo-Tech Surveys Limited. He is a founding member and currently, the Financial Secretary of the Licensed Surveyors Association of Ghana (LISAG). He has been a member of International Federation of Surveyors (FIG) since 1994 to date.
Mr. Stephen Djaba is an international Desk Coordinator of the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI) and a Board Member including the National Council for Curriculum & Assessment (NaCCA) from 2017 to date, the Ghana Space Science and Technology Institute (GSSTI) of the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission from 2012 to date, the National Nuclear Research Institute (NNRI) of the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission from 2009 to date and a Board Member of Community Social Investment Facility (C – SIF) of MoLGRD.
